Anna is a qualified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. Anna is fully insured and DBS checked yearly. Anna has a degree in Sports and Health Studies, with 5 years experience in a number of modalities. Her experience started as a volunteer at football teams where she gained knowledge treating soft tissue injuries. Currently Anna is working as a Mobile Therapist and now as a member of the Quest team. Anna is fascinated by health as a whole, looking into the mind and body. Her mission is to work with her clients to meet their bodies needs, but her priority is overall health.
