All orders received before 1pm are guaranteed dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) and we promise we will do our best to dispatch any orders received after 1pm the same day as well. You can choose either first or second class postage or Special delivery with Royal Mail, Special delivery will be delivered the next working day before 1pm.

Any orders with a combined order weight of over 1KG will be sent by courier with a target delivery time of 2-4 days for first class and 3-5 days for second class.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order.  All shipping charges are shown before you check out so there are no hidden charges.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within our target deadline, we will keep you informed by phone or e-mail.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Sorry, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
