Alison has been practising Reiki since 2018, and completed her training with Carolina. She enjoys working with people and, in addition to offering treatments, Alison teaches Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses  is currently supporting Reiki Masters. Alison works intuitively with the Reiki energy, helping the body to rebalance and heal. She has recently completed the  Universe Qigong Instructor programme and is looking forward to integrating Qigong ideas with Reiki. She feels very privileged to be able to offer Reiki treatments at Quest and looks forward to working with you.
