Shiva is seen as one of the most important Gods in Hindu culture. He is a complex character that represents goodness and benevolence, as well as serving as The Protecter. He is both the creator and destroyer of all things. Essentially, Shiva is “that which is not.” He’s the nothingness that holds everything, doing that which the something can’t do.
